Harmony is a program for restaurants, cafes, and bars that issues fiscal receipts in line with Serbian e-fiscalization. It works as an ESIR and connects to the LPFR fiscal processor, so every receipt is reported without extra steps.

Waiters take orders on a phone or till, and the kitchen sees them on the display (KDS). Bills split by guest or item, and turnover and reports are visible in real time.

The Wolt and Glovo delivery integration is in preparation: delivery orders will land in the same place as table orders, without double entry.

Does Harmony issue fiscal receipts?+

Yes. Harmony works as an ESIR and issues fiscal receipts in line with Serbian e-fiscalization, connected to the LPFR fiscal processor.

Does it support a kitchen display (KDS)?+

Yes. Orders from tables and delivery appear in the kitchen on a display, so staff track preparation status in real time.

Can I split the bill?+

Yes. You can split a bill by guest or by item, merge tables, and move orders from one table to another.

Does it connect to Wolt and Glovo?+

The integration is in preparation. Wolt and Glovo delivery orders will enter the same system as table orders, with no double entry.

What is an ESIR?+

An ESIR (electronic system for issuing receipts) is software approved by the Tax Authority that issues fiscal receipts under Serbian e-fiscalization. Harmony works as an ESIR and connects to the LPFR fiscal receipt processor.

How do I switch from another program to Harmony?+

Our team helps you transfer articles and price lists and sets up the system. The switch is usually completed in one day, and the 14-day trial lets you test everything first.

What happens if the internet goes down?+

Harmony keeps working without internet: orders, printing, and fiscal receipts through the LPFR run locally, and the data syncs when the connection returns.

I have more than one venue. Does Harmony support that?+

Yes. Harmony supports multiple venues under one account. The price is per venue: €40 per month, everything included.

Does it work for cafes and bars too?+

Yes. The same system runs in restaurants, cafes, and bars, with fast checkout and a floor plan you can adjust.

How much does it cost and how long does setup take?+

Harmony costs 40 EUR per month per venue, with no setup fee or hidden charges. Setup is usually done in a day, and the 14-day trial needs no card.
