The electronic guest book is a digital register of domestic and foreign guests that replaces the paper book. Hospitality businesses in Serbia register guests through the central eTourist system, and the register keeps the data on every stay.
What is eTourist (eTurista)?+
eTourist (eTurista) is the central information system of the Serbian Ministry of Tourism through which accommodation providers register domestic and foreign guests and record the tourist tax.
Does Harmony keep an electronic guest book?+

How does guest registration to eTourist work?+

Yes. The system calculates the tourist tax by number of nights and guests and includes it in the room folio and reports.

Do room service and minibar go on the room bill?+
Yes. Orders from the restaurant, room service, and minibar are charged to the room and combined on the bill the guest pays at check-out.
How much does it cost and how long does setup take?+
Harmony for hotels costs from €40 per month for up to 10 rooms, plus €8 per room above ten, with no setup fee or hidden charges. Setup is usually done in a day, and the 14-day trial needs no card.
